Open Job Opportunity: Web Design Manager (APPLICATIONS DUE APRIL 8)
The Biomimicry Institute hosts AskNature.org, a Youth Design Challenge to support project-based education; a Biomimicry Launchpad to incubate new biomimicry ideas; the Ray of Hope Prize® to scale biomimetic companies; and a Biomimicry Global Network that connects innovators across the world.
As the Biomimicry Institute Web Design Manager, you will work closely with our Communications Director and work with various consultants in web and design projects from start to publication with a focus on delivering well-designed, high-quality educational content. You will also work closely with Directors from each of our initiatives to enhance the user experience and web presence across our programs.
They are looking for a person who will manage multiple website platforms across the Biomimicry Institute, develop strategies to improve design, user journey, and SEO, as well as manage MailChimp newsletter design and audience management. Web Design Managers will work closely with the Communications Director and program leads to execute on those strategies.
This is a salaried position, positioned to begin May 2022.
